We built PathProof to answer one question honestly: how much of my job can AI already do, and what should I do about it?
What we do
PathProof is a free, four-minute test that estimates how exposed your work is to current AI systems, plus a library of guides and articles that turn the research on AI and jobs into practical next steps. The site lives at will-ai-take-my-job.com.
Most coverage of AI and jobs is either alarming or vague. We think people deserve something more useful: a clear estimate based on what they actually do all week, an honest explanation of what that estimate means, and a plan.
How we work
- Tasks, not titles. Our scores follow the task-based approach used in academic and government research. Read the method.
- Sources for every figure. Every outside number in our guides and articles links to its original source, usually official statistics or peer-reviewed and published research.
- Honest limits. Our scores are estimates, not predictions. We say so on every result.
- Regular updates. We review our ratings and articles when major new research or official data is published, and show the date of the last update on every page.
- Privacy by default. The test runs in your browser and your answers stay on your device.
How PathProof is funded
The score, your work type and one career match are free. An optional full report, with all your matches, the full exposure breakdown and a personal 90-day plan, costs a one-time $19. That keeps the site free of advertising and lets us keep the guides free for everyone.
